We are looking for a Senior AI Integration Engineer with 5+ years of software and backend experience to design and build the infrastructure powering our data and AI automation initiatives. Operating with high autonomy, you will architect multi-agent AI workflows, build scalable APIs, and implement robust data storage to support bidirectional collaboration between humans and AI agents. In this technical leadership role, you will take full ownership of end-to-end features, drive architectural decisions, and mentor junior engineers across our AI engineering team.

We are looking for a Senior Data Engineer to lead the design and execution of data pipelines powering our agentic AI solutions. Working alongside our AI and product teams, you will leverage 3+ years of experience in Python and SQL to architect scalable ingestion systems, build secure integrations, and deliver high-performance data infrastructure for LLM workflows. In this role, you will take ownership of pipeline reliability and data quality while helping shape our long-term enterprise AI architecture.

DevOps Director – United States
As a DevOps Director at Arul, you will define and drive our end-to-end cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and automation strategy while leading and growing a distributed team of onshore and offshore engineers. In this high-impact role, you will architect scalable, secure, and highly available systems on AWS using Kubernetes and Terraform, establish robust SLAs/SLOs, observability, and incident response practices, and optimize cost, security posture, and compliance across our cloud environments.
We are looking for someone with:
– 8+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or platform engineering, including 3+ years in a leadership role
– Deep hands-on expertise with AWS, Kubernetes, Terraform, and modern CI/CD tooling
– Proven success managing distributed/global teams (onshore + offshore)
– Strong track record building scalable infrastructure for fast-growing or AI-driven products
– Excellent communication skills and comfort operating in both startup-paced and enterprise environments
